I think it would be a good idea to see what Wolfie actually said before everybody analyzes it to shreds. He is very far from stupid.

As for North Korea, people have been forecasting its decline, fall, and collapse for a very long time, at least as long as they have been forecasting the same about old Fidel's regime. The Chinese could maybe do it if they were to pull the oil plug, and some rumors say they are pissed at the recent spasms coming out of Pyongyang and may threaten it to get better behavior, but I doubt that they will actually do it.
