Of course. A "fact" is a construct made of empirical perceptions "clustered" together. Which ones are ignored, which ones are selected to be clustred and how theyare clustered is determined not by experience but by, as one Immanuel K. would say, a priori forms, which as another dude Emil D. pointed out, are socially constructed.
