yes, there is actually something called "Standard Bathroom Malodor" and it is produced by the USG as part of its non-lethal weapons development program. This particular, uh, effort was tested at the Foertan Proving Grounds, Crappo MD (NOT!!)

Seriously, I don't know where it was tested, but it's true, the USG has been working on odorous non-lethal weapons to disperse civilians.

"STandard Bathroom Malodor" is supposed to emulate the stench of a ripe public restroom. It was actually tested at Monell Chemical Senses Center. MCSC developed it as an odor against which to test their deodorants, air fresheners, odor neutralizers, etc.

this isn't the first time a "Who Me?" weapon has been developed. the US developed one and the French used it against German troops.
