Financial Times (UK) June 14, 2003 Black in the USSR Xenophobia is on the increase in Russia, propelled by groups of violent extremists. ^^^^^^^ CB: How slick that the title of an article in 2003 is "in the USSR". Sort of trying to cheat on the question of whether the widespread racist violence described in the article is a phenomenon of Russia since it became capitalist, precisely one of the changes from the USSR.
