I definitely agree with Michael. The concept of a nation is essentially exclusive. Why are borders erected? To keep certain people out and to demarcate a territory over which a certain group can exercise its privleged power. It is true that there can be a "progressive" aspect to this when excluding a foreign power, but that power is usurped in favor of a ruling "national" group that carries forward the torch of exploitation, often, it is true, with some enhancements.
