Then you should be referring to some rock as well. Few have mastered Macho nihilism than the white middle aged male rock band Metallica, with little-to-none of the humor another poster noted in hip hop. I know jack about hip hop, but all the macho nihilism I listened to in high school came from white boys. And gangsta imagery is about as menacing as King Diamond's face-paint and squeals.
