I too would vote No. It's sort of a silly race, but I guess if I _had_ to vote on such a topic I would cast my vote for Woodrow Wilson, who after all established the interventionist principles that Bush & Co. are acting on.

"Worst" I presume refers to damage done, not to individual competence or incompetence.

And then Buchanan, who during his lame-duck presidency (election to Lincon's inauguration) deliberately moved army equipment and supplies to the south. That was treason was it not?
