WATERVLIET - Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton yesterday said she could support war with Iraq - just not yet.
After touring an upstate arsenal, Clinton said before America goes to war, the Bush administration should continue efforts to build an international coalition and see if inspections work.
But the former first lady wouldn't say just how long America should delay military action in favor of winning more support.
