--Korea Times is reporting that a fragment of a warhead from a 1998 North Korean test of a 2-stage rocket and failed satellite launch has been found in western Alaska. The source of this info is former Japanese Foreign Minister Tara Nakayama citing an unnamed American document. The Anchorage Daily News says several people from the US including Senator Ted Stevens deny any knowledge about this discovery.

--US Plan B involves from northern front without Turkish approval involves sending troops north through Kuwait instead of south through Turkey.

--Latest estimates for US military action: March 17 to April 4.

--Citing The Guardian, one of the largest chemical factories in Iraq was built with British help in 1985. This enterprise is considered by the US to be a key part of the Iraqi chemical weapons infrastructure, Construction was done secretly behind the backs of US allies, but documents obtained by the Guardian refer to unidentified British officials openly discussing Iraq's use of chemical weapons in its war with Iran. Further the British government never halted financing of this plany.
