Executive Order 13289--Establishing the Global War on Terrorism Medals
There's a secret clause saying that these medals are awarded in secret: the people who get them aren't given the medals, shown the modals, or even told that they were awarded the medals. And the people awarding the medals aren't allowed to know what for or to to whom. Moreover, there are no records kept on either end. And if someone boasts of having received or having awarded sucha medal, and it's true, it's a basis for administrative seuzure and permanent detention at an undisclosed location. If you read this, moreover, you can be tried by a secret military tribunal without a lawyer, and executed. Knock knock.
