Blair does "I'm cutting your head" routine from Kids in the Hall

First, it's "I'm crushing your head." Second, "The Kids In the Hall" are Canadian, and their shows were taped in Toronto.

If Blair's gonna bring Western pop culture to Iraq, he better get his references right.
