I didn't know that Saddam Hussein was made an honorary citizen of Detroit.

CB: Yea, things change. Back then the U.S. rulers liked him. 

Lots of Iraqis live in Detroit. 7 Mile Rd. on the near east side is called 
"Little Iraq".
