H&K were behind the Support Our Troops Yellow Ribbon Campaign in /91

We knew that Hill and Knowlton had been hired for beaucoup bux in '90 to 
whip up their propaganda campaign. It was public knowledge, reported in 
Newsweek in the fall, Oct. r so. Does anyone know if the Shrubs have hired 
them or another PR firm again?
