And further evidence of this is the overwhelming numbers of late
onset conditions that mental health specialists see -- Trouble
sleeping -- insomnia, for instance, can be related to accummulative
stresses over a life time that have altered one's ability to just
fall asleep. There are hormones which promote sleep but seem to stop
working in some people and do not do their job anymore.
