this is convoluted...... it looks to me more like the Govt is trying to
appease the media conglomerates to get them to stop their mean spirited
satire. in that scheme Krugmans article is an attempt by the NYT to
subvert FOX corp etc. and re-legitamize propaganda. no one takes FOX
seriously and NYT is grotesque by association now.
