What I noticed in Tallin was the weird way in which Estonian/Russian tensions would manifest themselves. For instance, the Russians all go to McDonald's, whereas an estonian would not be caught dead in McDonald's and instead hang out at Finnish-owned Hessburger, because it makes them feel more "European."
Of course, Russian women are the best-looking in the world, and Estonian women are the second-best looking, which makes Tallinn all right by me! :)
