Peter Stadtmeier and Janet Biehl on Nazism and Ecofascism http://www.spunk.org/library/places/germany/sp001630/intro.html , and see. "Nature and Nationalism. Right-Wing Ecology and the Politics of Identity in Contemporary Germany." New York: St. Martin's Press, 1999. This Bramwell book has detractors...but, what doesn't? http://www.social- ecology.org/learn/library/staudenmaier/anthroposophy_6.html Anna Bramwell, Ecology in the 20th Century, London 1989, p. 204. Bramwell's chapter on the green wing of the Nazis, entitled "The Steiner Connection," is an important source of material on the topic, as is her earlier book Blood and Soil: Walther Darré and Hitler's 'Green Party'. Bramwell's work, however, is often unreliable and always tendentious and should be consulted with caution.
