The Eurobourgeoisie may be poised to create that purchasing power, by co- financing Eastern Europe, ramping up EIB lending, and flooding the world-system with liquidity. The ECB says eurozone monetary growth is sailing along merrily, at 8% per annum. If this is so, then larger industrial countries like Brazil, India and Russia may have a fighting chance in the 21st century.
