Sorry, political theory (and especially theory of the state) I don't know, at least post-Philosophy of Right. When the NLR used to have lots of such pieces sometimes i'd start them but never ever could finish them. The late and excellent Neil Wood once tried to interest me, but failed. Perhaps Chris Brooke, who is sometimes here, knows this stuff.
Incidentally the Kluge of the prize is a grand corporate swindler, who in the mid-80s did an LBO of Metromedia that was the most perfect screwing of the shareholders of all the many screwings of shareholders of that wonderful time. Since then he has successfully continued his swindling and litigating and is a multi-billlionaire, and is the prefect grantor for a prize to celebrate emigré ex-Marxists.
