Russian Nazism is almost as kooky as Israeli Nazism, and has about as broad an appeal (10 people is hardly massive), but anyway...

First charges of forming extremist group brought in St. Petersburg ST. PETERSBURG. Nov 12 (Interfax-Northwest) - The St. Petersburg prosecutor's office has brought charges of forming an extremist organization against Dmitri Bobrov, head of the Schultz-88 neo-Nazi group.

For the first time in Russian legal practice, charges were brought under Articles 282.1 (organization of an extremist community) and 280 (public calls for extremist activities) of the Criminal Code.

Bobrov is also charged with involving minors in criminal activities (Article 150) and hooliganism (Article 213).

Law enforcement officials have detained three more activist of the neo-Nazi group. Charges are expected to be brought against one of them, Alexei Madyunin, who is 21.

According to the department for resisting organized crime, Schultz- 88 appeared in 2001, when Bobrov, 24 at the time, brought together about 10 teenagers under the slogans of combating Jews, Africans and natives of the Caucasus.
