Catherine Samary, noted in this piece is a French Trotskyist. Wrote, "Dismembering Yugoslavia, " which Peter Drucker of Solidarity, translated for Monthly Review Press.

And lnp3 at panix.com , if you read this, saying this is "Serbophobic" is just as nutty as if I posted a polemic like Richard Goldstein's vs./ Andrew Sullivan, saying I had joined the ranks of the homophobes. Some trick. Guess that would make me a "self-hating" queer. The crimes of the "Red Bourgeoisie" in the SPS and JUL in league w/ the far right Radicals of V. Seselj, are not the crimes of the Serbian people as a whole. Though, in the nationalist frenzy of the period in which myths about the battle of 1389 were manipulated, in order to destroy Yugoslavia, those that actively supported the demogogues, have more than a bit of atonement to do. -- Michael Pugliese

There were basically three forms of totalitarianism.... One was the various kinds of Fascism, the other was Bolshevism, and a third was corporate capitalism. Two are gone." -- Noam Chomsky
