No time at the moment to go into anything lengthy, but does this analysis 
also hold some water for whole Georgia-oil thing:

I know it's about the oil-Afghanistan thing that flared up a while ago on 
the list, but does it also speak to what that eXile story talks about?  The 
eXile story seemed to use the same sort of "oil conspiracy" language that 
Silverstein seemed to be rebuffing too.
