 Bush 43 et. al would have to be nuts to have tasked the DoD to prepare 
invasion plans. The FAR (Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias) Milicias 
Populares (Popular militias), would trounce the US military as badly as 
what happened during the Bay of Pigs. Oh wait, Bush 43 is nuts! And he, as 
shown in the Woodward book, "Bush At war, ", Newsweek cover stories and 
other sources, believes he is God's instrument.
