I'm a go-to-the-gym-spend-30-minutes-on the
treadmill-and then-yak-with
people-for-another-hour-and-call-it-a-workout-kind-of-guy,
although I used to be a maniac.

The law firm I once worked it as a paralegal was
Obesity Central, lawyer wise.
