If Walt Brown is the "Norman Thomas" of the Oregon Left, then Eric Chester and Lisa Weltman are the "John Reed" and "Rosa Luxembourg" of the American Socialist Party. They are no doubt the scourge of the SP and such epithets as "Marxist" and "insurrectionist" are hurled their way.

You have to admit, his reasons are compelling; most people are going to say,"what the hell, I might as well vote Socialist, seeing as the Republicans are going to win anyway."
