Ummm, I have no idea what this means.

How are we 'profiting from US belligerence'? We have not undergone massive expansions in expenditures in our arms sector, our resource sector has not expanded as America looks for more stable (but pricier) sources of oil, we are not cashing in on the Iraq reconstruction feeding frenzy and, if anything, our decision not to particpate (fully) in the GWII has made Canucks persona non grata in some of the more excitable parts of the U.S.

Is there something I'm missing?
