The stage is being set for a neo-con renunciation
of Bush, and a tilt towards a Democratic nominee
for president who will buy the line for expanded
efforts to democratize the ME.  Dean seems to be
there already, along with Joe L.  I dimly remember
Kerry being quoted calling for a bigger DoD budget.
