What's astounding to me is the number of people quoted in the article as making obvious death threats, calling for the murders of doctors, and urging others to kill doctors. If this were in _any other context_, those people could be prosecuted for these threats. But in this case, when these threats are _extremely_ credible (far more so than making comments about shooting the President), does any law enforcement organization take the action necessary, and put these people behind bars?
