Blithering liberals in the peace movement without any radical analysis, 
that's who'd naively expect the USG to do something good in Iraq.

But at least SOMETIMES blithering liberals can entertain the concept of open 
competitive bidding! Dump the USG in Iraq any way you can. Get the competent 
technocrats out of detention and get the electricity back on!
