Huh? And in a non-imperialist world, what, land mines would get cleaned up 
faster? Or every landmine recovered would be an automatic ticket to the maker 
country for compensation, a lower amount if recovered whole and unexploded, a 
higher amount if exploded and only partially recovered.

Or would these vile weapons of gross destruction just not have gotten laid in 
the first place?
