Consider just Russian writers: Dostoevsky, Turgenev, Gogol, Kuprin, Solzhenitsyn, Rasputin - all of them anti-Semits.
If you ask a Russian intellectual what he thinks about Dostoevsky being anti-Semit - he will just shrug his shoulders and say "Isn't Dostoevsky a genius? And what genius is without anti-Semitism?"
