Why not stick to the more neutral "anti-occupation forces"? ^^^^^ CB: Actually, when the Mujuahaedeen were fighting the Soviets, the "NLF" was the Afghan government. The Mujuahedeen were the equivalent to the Contras in Nicaragua and Angola, counterrevolutionaries armed and supplied by the U.S.
