Luke responded: Surprisingly enough, it isn't. Some people have IQs around 50 but have extensive vocabularies and employ proper grammar.

Being able to construct a grammatically correct sentence is a sign that logic is at work in the mind of the creator. Humans have the both the capacity for logic and language. By this, I don't mean that they come into the world with a knowledge of Hegel's SCIENCE OF LOGIC nor are they born speaking Farsi.

How well humans employ these evolutionary adaptations is mostly a matter of the dominant context they find themselves within, in combination with the particular individual's own genetic endowment, of course.

One of the reasons why it is logical to be a socialist is to free up the context in which human reason can be logically exercised.
