The film features a suitcase nuke stolen from Los Alamos and ends in an apocalyptic conflagration. It has two versions, with different endings: in the longer version, Hammer escapes the burning house with Velda and cowers with her on the beach; in the shorter version, there is no escapes for the misogynist hero. -- Yoshie
