Even though I am for democracy, it, by itself doesn't anwer the question of
how individuals are going to have an equal say when some have a greater
knowlege base or skill to wield to their advantage.

I could be wrong but I think that parecon is Albert's and Hanel's attempt to
create the culture you are talking about.
