[lbo-talk] dalai lama foolishness

I know next to nothing about the Dalai Lama but is his interest in restoring power to himself and the other monks as a theocratic ruling class or is he interested in a real democratic government in Tibet? Any citations to show specifically what he wants for Tibet?
