-He is not, althought he would be classified as "funcional illiterate" -in the USA, since he studied for 4 years only (maybe more than 50% -of our adult population has this fantastic educational level....). -He received no formal education after he became a political leader, -but it seems he acquired some knowledge (for good or evil....)
