The folks at Bruichladdich probably brought this upon themselves for bragging about being "[t]he independent Scottish company owned by real people NOT anonymous corporate conglomerates"--them's dangerous words these days (www.bruichladdich.com)
Imagine what the spooks would do if they realized that Islay has other distilleries, supposedly full of "peat" and "malt" (http://www.islaywhiskyclub.com/)--never mind the distillery on Jura (a nice place to have visited, but I'm glad i don't live there).
