Let's see, why not just snap photos of all that crowd rushing and report the NYPD for animal abuse. Seems like lower risk of felony charges at least and maybe something for the animal rights folks to do for the cause.<BR>

Personally I get sentimental around horses. My mother used to ride a horse to school. Luckily I have never had NYPD horses rush me, though they are sadly famous for that. Seattle PD horses are beautiful animals and very well cared for. There were some out Sat and come to think of it, they weren't helping stop traffic any more than the rest of the cops.</FONT><FONT COLOR="#000000" style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ffffff" SIZE=2 FAMILY="SANSSERIF" FACE="Arial" LANG="0"><BR>
