What is a spy? Someone who is handing over Cuban military secrets? I
haven't even seen accusations that those currently being sent to prison
have done that. They are being accused of seeking the overthrow of the
Cuban regime, which I have no doubt they are guilty of. They are accused of
taking money from foreign governments.
All so what? That's all part of free speech.

CB: The idea is that freedom of speech is not absolute, and that in a socialist country one of the limitations on freedom of speech is a prohibition on organizing the restoration of capitalism. It is a hierarchy of values and laws. Where the principles of free speech and socialism are in conflict , the principle of socialism takes precedence.

In fact, the American generation that passed the First Amendment did not tolerate freedom of speech to organize the restoration of monarchy.
