For better or worse, 9-11 gave Bush a blank check to do pretty much anything he wants in the Middle East with the support of the US public. I don't think Bush's wars depend in any way on Clinton's. (Though the campaigns of the latter might have something to do with how easy it's been for Bush to get a stray progressive here and there to sign on... but, really, our numbers aren't significant.)</FONT></DIV>
