<P>Mumph. There was Radical Reconstruction, which was also reversed. But then there was the Civil Rights revolution, which hasn't been reversed. Yeah, it's incomplete. But it makes a big difference that state run segregation is illegal, that it's unlwaful to fire someone because she's black or a woman, or over 40 or disabled, that blacks can vote in South, etc. </P>
