Henry Waxman disclosed information from the <BR>>Iraqi Governing Council that COSTS OF IRAQ PROJECTS COULD BE CUT BY <BR>>UP TO 90% if contracts were given to Iraqi businesses instead of <BR>>Bush-connected profiteers like Halliburton and Bechtel.<BR>><BR>>*** Polls show that up to 66% OF THE PUBLIC OPPOSES BUSH'S REQUEST <BR>>for $87 billion more in Iraq reconstruction spending -- much of <BR>>which will go to private contractors with connections to the Bush <BR>>administration.<BR>><BR>>Now is our chance -- it's time to take action.
