-You wanted to say 1/145, right? In the USA this relation is abaout 1/140 (0,7% of total population) -Btw: What was the incarceration rate for FSU. Eric Hobsbawn claims it was 0,28% in 1985 (vs 0,45% in USA-Age of extremes)
