Rather, the young man didn't check with reality.  As I've already 
mentioned in a previous post

Juan Cole thinks that it's not very likely that "Muqtada will get his 
blue helmets" ("Najaf: Muqtada, Myers, and Zapatero," 
<http://www.juancole.com/2004_04_01_juancole_archive.html#108235847139710790>). 
I agree with Cole as to the unlikelihood of a UN peacekeeping force 
in Iraq.
