The new OBL plan for killing Bush is, as you would expect from an evil genius, is a stroke of evil genius. My understanding is that the plot involves intricate collaboration with Hamas.
The Palestinian group will play its part by electing George Bush Jnr as its next leader. Presumably Israel will try to eliminate Bush with a missile strike on the White house, or an exploding mobile phone or some such. leading to a US nuclear attack on Israel. Or Washington will launch a pre-emptive nuclear strike against Tel Aviv, while Bush cowers in the deepest bunker. Either way, the 'axis of good' will then eliminated in an orgy of mutually assured destruction and OBL will take over the world, pushing the Jews off the edge of the planet.
Dastardly eh?
