They're only floating a small portion of the company. The vile Jim Cramer was on TV yesterday saying the company as a whole could be valued as high as $70 billion (almost double Yahoo), which sounds truly outlandish.
Still, they did have something like profits of $100 mil on revenues of just under $1 billion. Most of the Happy Days companies had no prospect of ever earning a penny.
