Dissolution of the national party probably wouldn't
effect the ballot status of the state parties, they
would just become a bunch of independent state parties
loosely affilated (or not affiliated at all), like the
Assoc of State Green Parties were before getting FEC
recognition as the National Committee of GPUS.

The lack of a nation structure to mediate disputes may
result in more splits within state parties, which may
jeopardize their recognized status if there are
feuding state committees confusing who controls the
ballot line, etc etc, a la Michigan Reform Party.
