-you're joking, nathan, right? -house HR 3450 on NAFTA passed in november, 1993, with the democrats voting -234 against, 200 for; and the republicans voting 102 against to 156 for.

And apparently, the House of Representatives has expanded to 692 members by your vote count. That was a far more interesting vote than I thought.

Actually, the vote total is here: http://clerk.house.gov/evs/1993/roll575.xml And yes, the Dem vote was 60% no on NAFTA

As to other trade votes, see the trade promotion authority (fast track) vote in 2001 http://clerk.house.gov/evs/2001/roll481.xml Democrats voted against fast track by 189-21.

Or the Andean Trade Preference Act http://clerk.house.gov/evs/2002/roll370.xml Democrats voted no 183-25

On the free trade deal with China (PNTR), see http://clerk.house.gov/evs/2000/roll228.xml Democrats voted against the bill by a vote of 138-73

And so on.
