i don't see that affecting the election, do you?   it should -- as it 
traditionally does -- but it doesn't seem to this go 'round.

how true.  but what can we expect.

at least the poor are yearning to breathe free, as the poem on the statue 
of liberty says.   one of these days democrats may learn what "grass roots" 
means.  but i doubt it.  huddled masses aren't their style any more than 
they appeal to republicans.
